1. Data We Collect

Globot collects essential data to provide its services, including:

• Discord User IDs, usernames, and server configurations.
• Linked platform account metadata (YouTube and Twitch channel details).
• OAuth access tokens (stored securely to maintain platform features).

2. Use of Data

Your data is used to verify community roles, trigger broadcast alerts, and manage your dashboard settings. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers or external services.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Cloudflare D1 (SQL) and cached in Cloudflare KV. Attachments and media are stored in Cloudflare R2. Sensitive authentication tokens are encrypted at rest.

4. Your Rights & GDPR Compliance

Under GDPR and international privacy standards, you have the right to:

• Request a full export of your personal data via the /me command (Data & Privacy Settings).
• Initiate a full system wipe and permanently delete your account and all associated records directly from your user dashboard.
